How do I return an item?

Please contact us at info@clippo.ca if you require information beyond what is listed here. 

We accept returns of defective merchandise for replacement within one month of purchase date. We require proof of place of purchase, or an order number to verify in our system in order to process these requests. We are happy to offer exchanges of unopened, unused products. We do not offer refunds.

Shipment of returns will be at the customer's expense, but we will send replacement items at our expense upon receipt of your returned item.
